Need for Trust

Trust is the currency of business.

“The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey is a renowned personal development book. One key concept is the “Emotional Bank Account,” a metaphor for the trust level in a relationship. Covey explains that making deposits into this account through actions such as being courteous, kind, honest, and keeping commitments builds a reserve of trust and safeness with another person.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.
