FBIS is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. FBIS offers a full range of investigative services which cover domestic investigations, fraud and embezzlement investigations, criminal defense, litigation support, background investigations, due diligence, and corporate investigations.

Jefferson Dillon Bowers is a financial advisor at Bowers Keck Wealth Management Group of Edward Jones located in Martinez, Ga. A decorated Special Forces combat veteran and entrepreneur, Dillon's passion for service-oriented business has led him into the financial industry. His wife Dr. Anne W. Bowers is a General Surgeon operating out of Piedmont Hospital in McDuffie County and Doctor's Hospital in Augusta. They have two beautiful boys, Cullen (6) and Boone (2). Mr. Bowers holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Pre-Law from the University of North Georgia and a Masters of Liberal Arts (ALM) from Harvard University.  

Arlene L. Hobbs is a career Psychiatric Nurse who is passionate about assisting people who face mental health challenges.  She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare.  Arlene is practical, compassionate, and perceptive, working with adults and with youth.  She is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose greatest gift is hospitality.  Arlene is full of joy when you find her in the kitchen baking and cooking.  She loves hosting social gatherings for family and friends.  She is the baker and chef for Arlene Let's Eat catering service.  She specializes in Filipino cuisine and is famously known for her banana bread, brownies, and jumbo cookies.   

Dr. Gordon Jones is a seasoned innovator and strategist with 40 years leading multi-disciplinary and entrepreneurial initiatives across military, higher education, health services, technology and nonprofit sectors. Expert at designing and driving special projects from incubating startup cohorts to deploying AI-powered platforms, and faith-driven community programs. Proven ability to align academic and business missions with emerging-tech solutions, secure funding, and deliver lasting organizational impact. With his wife, Dr. Jennifer Jones, they have adopted five children with special needs and out of their foundation, Jennifer founded Apparo Academy, a pre k school based upon faith and her specialized therapeutic education model. They live in North Augusta, SC.

Dr. Jennifer Jones is a nationally recognized leader in pediatric speech-language pathology and inclusive therapeutic education, with over 30 years of experience spanning clinical innovation, nonprofit leadership, academic instruction, and program development.

 She is the Founder and Executive Director of Apparo Academy, an integrative early childhood education center and therapy clinic in Augusta, Georgia, dedicated to serving children with complex medical and developmental needs. Under her leadership, Apparo has become a model for blending clinical excellence with faith-based, inclusive education—redefining what early intervention and school-readiness can look like for children with significant challenges.

 Dr. Jones holds a Ph.D. in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of South Carolina and is a Board-Certified Specialist in Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders (BCS-S), as well as a Certified Neurodevelopmental Treatment (C/NDT) practitioner. She has developed and led multiple successful pediatric therapy organizations, including Therapeutic Interventions of Georgia, and co-founded Dysphagia Mobile Imaging, pioneering mobile Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) in underserved regions.

 A sought-after educator and speaker, Dr. Jones has lectured nationally and internationally on pediatric and adult dysphagia, interdisciplinary feeding approaches, and cranial nerve-based therapy techniques. Her signature course, “Is it Skill or Will?”, has trained thousands of clinicians across the U.S. and abroad, helping to shift diagnostic mindsets and improve treatment outcomes for medically complex children.

 Her research and publications, including the widely used developmental guide As They Grow: Motor Development from Birth to Six, reflect a career-long commitment to translating science into practice. As a lifelong mentor and supervisor, Dr. Jones has guided emerging clinicians through clinical fellowships and professional specialization.

 Dr. Jones serves as an adjunct professor at Augusta University’s Department of Occupational Therapy and is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Dysphagia Research Society.

 With a unique blend of scientific rigor, entrepreneurial spirit, and compassion-driven leadership, Dr. Jennifer Jones is ideally suited for board service with mission-aligned organizations seeking to expand their impact across healthcare, pediatric care, education, or disability inclusion.

Amanda McKee is a former homeschool teacher for her two children, who are now in college and high school. She also spent years working as a teacher for children with disabilities and enjoys helping all those who show any extra special need, including internationals and young children. When her husband of 20 years, Chuck McKee, retired from the FBI in 2024, Amanda stepped into the role of support person for TrustVault and their other small business opportunities. She enjoys spending time with her family, including their dog, Snoopy, and their foreign exchange student.

In her free time, you will find Amanda doing Bible study, reading, cooking, gardening, playing games with her family, and dreaming about her next chance to go on a hike. Amanda is quiet, kind, compassionate, and full of mercy and is always willing to step in behind the scenes to make others’ work more successful.

Chuck McKee has spent over 30 years working at the intersection of finance, investigation, and trust. For two decades, he served as a Special Agent with the FBI in the Atlanta Field Office (Augusta, GA), leading complex investigations involving public corruption, financial crimes, civil rights violations, and identity theft. Before joining the FBI, Chuck built a foundation in corporate accounting, serving as a fractional CFO and holding key finance roles in both public and private companies. He holds an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from NC State. Chuck is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). He maintains a Top-Secret Clearance and is a licensed private investigator in Georgia and South Carolina. In 2025, he founded TrustVault™, a platform designed to help professionals prove and preserve trust through verified credibility and ethical accountability.

Ellie McKee is a student at Anderson University, SC. She is pursuing a double major in Marketing and Computing and Data Analytics. She has a passion for professional sales and she cares deeply about her community. She is pursuing a degree in Marketing because she hopes to help her father grow the family business. Ellie agrees strongly with the mission of TrustVault™ and believes that trust is important in any relationship.

 In August 2024, she started working at her local Chick-fil A in North Augusta, SC. She worked there for a year before going to college. Over the summer she plans to go back and work there again.

 In December 2025, she started working for her father, Chuck McKee, as the Social Media Coordinator for TrustVault™. She looks forward to continuing to work on the social media aspect of the business for him. She loves the creative side of marketing and hopes to develop her skills further as she continues her degree.

 In the Fall of 2026, she will be a Resident Advisor at her college as well as working for the Center for Career Development.

Trey Nuckols is an entrepreneur and strategic outreach professional who combines a business-driven mindset with a deep, values-based commitment to his community. With an MBA and an extensive background in healthcare, business development, and resource navigation, Trey specializes in helping patients, families, business owners, and clients navigate the complexities of our healthcare and benefit systems, while providing strategic business consulting in the areas of recruiting and safety solutions.

At the core of Trey’s work is a genuine love for helping others. Whether he is consulting with business owners or guiding a family through the intricacies of healthcare benefits, his mission is to provide clarity, comfort, and support during challenging times. He believes that the most sustainable professional success is rooted in faith, devotion to family, and a duty to serve the community.
