Built on Three Principles

01

Trust Is Earned Over Time

Redemption is not declared — it is demonstrated through consistent, documented actions over a meaningful period of time.

02

Transformation Must Be Verified

Claims of change are evaluated by licensed private investigators and retired federal agents — not accepted at face value.

03

Standards Must Never Be Lowered

Every TrustVault® Redeemed participant meets the identical standards applied to all TrustVault® members. No exceptions.

The Journey

How the Program Works

1

Commitment to Change

The individual formally declares their decision to leave their past behind and begins the seven-year redemption timeline. The clock starts from the moment of genuine life-altering commitment — enrollment in TrustVault® Redeemed is not required for documented progress to begin.

2

Membership & Evaluation

Upon enrollment, the Eight Dimensions of Wellness are evaluated to establish a baseline. A TrustVault® Redeemed coach is assigned — a credentialed member who has overcome a similar journey. Coaching sessions are documented and milestone-driven, not motivational. Their role is accountability.

3

Guided Development & Documentation

Progress across all eight wellness dimensions is documented with real evidence: certificates of completion, program records, employment verification, and third-party contacts. Coaches challenge inconsistencies, require proof, and prepare participants for investigative review.

4

Level1 Background Investigation

Once all Eight Wellness Dimensions are completed, a TrustVault® Level1 background investigation is conducted by licensed private investigators and former federal agents. This includes interviews, third-party confirmations, and a full review of documented progress. Base cost: $350 non-refundable deposit, payable in installments.

5

Adjudication & Review

The complete file is reviewed by TrustVault® against values-based standards for trustworthiness — consistency, honesty, impact, and alignment with core principles. If additional areas of development are identified, a structured remediation plan is created and the process continues.

6

Credential Issuance

Upon successful completion, the participant receives the TrustVault® Level1 Credential and becomes a full TrustVault® member. There is no "Redeemed" designation displayed — the credential is identical to every other member's. The individual gains full access to the TrustVault® network and all benefits.

Why TrustVault® Redeemed

What Makes This Different

🚫

Not Pay-to-Play

This is not a certification you can purchase. Fees cover administration and coaching. The credential is earned through documented, verified transformation — period.

🔍

Independently Verified

All progress claims are reviewed by licensed private investigators and former FBI agents — not accepted on the word of the participant or their support organization.

⚖️

One Standard for All

No waivers. No background adjustments. TrustVault® Redeemed participants meet the exact same standards as every other TrustVault® member. That's what makes the credential meaningful.

🔄

Remediation, Not Rejection

If an investigation reveals gaps, a structured corrective action plan is created and signed. The process continues — there is no limit to remediation cycles for participants who remain engaged.

For Organizations

Partner With TrustVault® Redeemed

Reentry organizations do the hardest work: stabilizing individuals, building structure, and helping people rebuild their lives. What they often cannot provide — and should not be expected to provide — is independent verification of trustworthiness for employers.

"We support people through transformation. TrustVault® independently verifies it."

This partnership model allows your organization to strengthen its employer relationships and donor credibility while maintaining clear boundaries around what your program does and does not guarantee.

  • Third-party accountability framework — protects your organization's reputation
  • No hiring assurances required from your staff
  • Same standards applied to every participant regardless of background
  • Reduces employer hesitation and increases placement confidence
  • Demonstrates measurable outcomes to donors and stakeholders
  • Positions your program as accountability-driven, not just opportunity-driven
