TrustVault™

How trustvault™ works

Applying for TrustVault™

Getting started with TrustVault™ begins with a simple online application. Individuals provide basic information and consent to participate in a thorough trust verification process. From there, members supply additional personal and professional documents that support their trustworthiness through things like references, education records, employment history, and other relevant background materials.

The Background Investigation

Once your application is submitted, a background investigation begins. This is not a basic background check. Instead, your information is reviewed and verified by licensed private investigators and often retired FBI Agents. They use professional tools and methods to create a full and accurate picture of who you are.

Levels of TrustVault™

TrustVault™ offers different levels of credentialing based on the depth of the investigation and the level of trust required. As you progress in your career or take on higher levels of responsibility, you can pursue higher levels of TrustVault™ clearance.

Adjudication & Credentialing

Once your background investigation is complete, a formal review process called adjudication determines if you meet the criteria for certification. If approved, you are awarded a TrustVault™ Private Sector Clearance. This credential is yours. You control how and when it is used.

Sharing with TrustVault Access™

Through TrustVault Access™, members can securely share parts of their investigative file with third parties. This can include verified references, education confirmations, or other professional validations. You choose what to share and with whom, and all access is temporary and read-only.

Member Network & Benefits

As a TrustVault™ member, you join a national network of trusted individuals from all walks of life and industries. You gain access to professional opportunities, member events, and exclusive benefits offered by TrustVault Certified Businesses.

Why a TrustVault™ Credential Matters

Having a TrustVault™ credential shows that you have been vetted and verified by professionals. It demonstrates that you are trustworthy, dependable, and serious about your personal and professional reputation. Without it, you are just another name on a resume. With it, you stand out.

TrustVault Certified Businesses

Businesses can also become TrustVault Certified by committing to high ethical standards and hiring practices. Certified companies can highlight their designation publicly and offer special discounts, rewards, or opportunities to TrustVault™ members. It is a way for businesses to attract trustworthy clients and staff, and to show the world they lead with integrity.

TrustVault™ is built on one powerful belief: Trust opens doors. Let us help you unlock yours.
